Hello everybody!

Here is the POO newsletter again. A little late due to computerproblems but with all the usual topics. Sometimes (or to someone) constant repetition of information and news about the media, refugees, local government and similar things can be too tiresome. Anyhow, since we are aware of the fact that (after the withdrawal of war and war reporters from Bosnia and Herzegovina) it is getting harder and harder to get direct information about the situation in the "country and region", we continue to repeat. We hope that the thing called POO newsletter, since November 1997, has succeeded in satisfying the need for true information about events happening in this area (and further).
