Than I get letters from George McMillian, an American spiritual teacher, also familliar with Sarajevo and BiH. All of a sudden he wrote the following:
Martin......maybe I think you are collapsing a little....you have taken on a big task....to try and help people who are to stupid to know they need help...........we live in a Sea of thoughts.........when I was there (in Sarajevo)......I had to meditate and do deep breathing every day....something to exercise my WILL.......so I can put an energy ball around me in this Sea of thoughts........and say this is ME......my thoughts and energy and Peace.....and that is you.....your nationalism and confusion you spoke about........I do not judge you, my friend.....my job was to see beyond each persons insanity to the place where they are at peace with themselves........but how can I do that if I can not touch that place in my self....everyday........this is the real work of peace workers..........there is nothing mysterious about meditation....it is like taking a shower and cleaning your mind from all that you pick up around you..........then you move out with your mind and affect the envoirnment.........it doesn't push you into a corner and affect you................You have to take care of yourself.........or you will burn out and be of no use to anyone, not even 
yourself.......You see in my words my fire and wanting Milosovic to die........but I know my work is to transmute that rage into a lazer of controlled energy.....so that when we do engage the insanity...we cause real change in people ...on the deepest level.........if we keep this open space in ourself...everyday......then you will see that everything is working out OK........if we don't keep this space.....then we only see and feel what is in front of our nose........but from a bigger perspective of time........it is working itself out......and each person that chooses to help move the process is absolutly needed................so Brother.......take a cold shower.....run...breath.....do sit ups and push ups......make love.....drink lots of water....eat brown rice........dissolve into the Silence..............every day.............and you will be stronger than all the thoughts that are around you...........................{no preaching.....just a reminder}
