    STUDENTS PROTEST FOR HUNDRED DAYS

    Up to 20,000 University of Belgrade students marched and protested
    on Saturday for the hundreth day in a row. The students visited
    the grave of Predrag Starcevic, the protester killed during the
    demonstrations last year. The next protest rally was scheduled for
    Sunday at 2 p.m.


    ASSEMBLY OF UNIVERSITY IN SESSION ON SUNDAY

    The staff assembly of Belgrade University meet on Sunday at 10 a.m
    to consider the Council of Deans rejection of Dragutin Velickovic
    as chancellor. The Deans say they will only recognise Dragan
    Kuburovic, the oldest Dean in the University, as chancellor. The
    Assembly will also decide on adopting a University Charter.


    DJINDJIC: GESTURES WITHOUT ACTUAL CONTENTS

    The Mayor Of Belgrade, Zoran Djindjic, has dismissed the new
    agreement between Yugoslavia and the Bosnian Serb Republic as ``an
    empty gesture.''  The Democratic Party leader told B92 that the
    agreement had no content. ``How can Serbia, with 25% of its
    industry working and more than a million unemployed, help
    Republika Srpska economically?'' he said. ``I think that there is
    much more diplomacy and empty gestures, than actual content.''


    SERBIAN RENEWAL MOVEMENT: AGREEMENT SIGNED BY ONES RESPONSIBLE FOR
    WAR

    The Serbian Renewal Movement condemned the agreement as a
    ``farce.'' The Zajedno coalition party said the accord had been
    signed by those directly responsible for the war, and for the
    thousands of dead and homeless, FoNet reports. The SPO said that
    the authorities of the FRY and RS wanted to hide the fact that
    they could not make any business, scientific, or cultural
    agreements with the countries of the world, so they ``try to throw
    dust in the people's eyes.''


    CIVIL ALLIANCE OF SERBIA: AGREEMENT CONTAINS NOTHING OF HISTORICAL
    IMPORTANCE

    The Civil Alliance of Serbia (GSS) said President Milosevic wanted
    to cheat the public by displaying bogus concern for the Bosnian
    Serbs, FoNet reports. ``There is nothing of historical imporatnce
    in this Agreement.''


    REPUBLIKA SRPSKA INFORM DIPLOMATS OF AGREEMENT

    Member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Momcilo
    Krajisnik, and the Parliament speaker of 'Republika Srpska',
    Dragan Kalinic, on Saturday informed the representatives of the
    American and British embassies in Sarajevo about the agreement
    between Yugoslavia and 'Republika Srpska', SRNA reports. Mr.
    Krajisnik and Mr. Kalinic will also officialy inform the
    ambassadors of France, Russia and Germany about the agreement.


    FEDERATION: KRAJISNIK ``BEYOND AUTHORITY''

    Advisor to the President of the Presidency of Bosnia and
    Herzegovina, Mirza Hajric, on Saturday accused Momcilo Krajisnik
    for going beyond his authority when he had signed the agreement.
    ``Mr. Krajisnik was not authorized by Bosnian Presidency to sign.
    Equally, the Presidency cannot sign anything without his
    consent,'' stated Mr. Hajric. He added that the Muslim-Croat
    Federation was in the process of considering the Agreement between
    Yugoslavia and 'Republika Srpska', emphasizing the fact that
    Bosnia and Herzegovina had yet to adopt the laws on citizenship
    and travelling documents, Reuters reports.
