Rally for defense of Studio B was held on Republic Square in the presence of tens of thousands citizens. Journalists of Studio B, representatives of students and party leaders, including V. Pesic (president of the Civic Alliance of Serbia) and Zoran Djindjic (Democratic Party president) addressed the people.

After the rally strong police forces without warning attacked the people who had begun the protest walk. Several people were beaten, including Zoran Djindjic, student leader Cedomir Jovanovic, and several were arrested

Protest will continue tomorrow at the same place.
